What you put in your orders
RiftCommand is a story about hard choices, and your orders can be ruthless inside it. These are off limits however they are framed:
- sexual content involving minors, or anything that sexualises children;
- content that threatens, harasses or defames real people, or that stirs up hatred or violence against people for who they are;
- other people’s personal details, such as names, addresses or phone numbers;
- attempts to use the game to get instructions for real-world harm, such as weapons, attacks or crimes;
- attempts to make the AI ignore or reveal its instructions, or to use it for anything other than playing.
Keep your own personal details out of your orders too: they are sent to the AI that writes your scenes.
Fair play
- One account per person. Don’t make extra accounts to collect free energy.
- Play by hand. No bots, scripts or tools that send orders or read the game automatically.
- Don’t try to get around energy, order or payment limits, or reuse someone else’s payment method.
- Don’t sell, share or trade accounts, orders or energy.
Security
Don’t probe, scan or overload the game, try to reach other players’ data, or interfere with how it works. If you find a security weakness, please tell us privately at [Contact email] and give us time to fix it before telling anyone else. We won’t take action against good-faith reports that follow this.
If the rules are broken
- Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, pause your account, or close it. We act in proportion and, unless that would be unlawful or let harm continue, we tell you why first and give you a chance to answer.
- Content that may be illegal can be reported to the authorities, where the law requires it.
- If you think we got it wrong, write to us and a person will look at it again.
